It was made by a very good professional dress maker named leena tepari in London and is made at the highest standard possible. The material under the bust is 100% silk and the float is as well while the top of the dress is mesh (net) covered in approximately 18 Packages of Swarovski stones in all the blueish,greenish and brownish range. This dress has a very unique peacock feather design on the bodice which is really eye catching on the dance floor. I have worn this dress in four comps and is in excellent condition it also comes with hair accessories.
